The Sachem Academy

Welcome to The Sachem Academy,

This will be a year filled with hope, anticipation, and excitement for everyone. As a staff, we couldn't be happier that you are going to share this experience with us. For myself, each new year brings a renewed sense of joy and the ability to work with the amazing young people of Sachem. For you, it’s a fresh start to either build on solid habits that have been created, or learn and practice new habits that will guide you on your educational journey.

Our phenomenal staff has prepared diligently for their courses to make them both fun and interesting for each of you. Our maintenance and custodial staff have created a wonderful space for us which is clean, neat and inviting and our IT department has outfitted each room with the technology needed to be successful this year and long into the future.

Additionally, our smaller class sizes afford teachers the opportunity to diversity their instruction and utilize flexible seating methods to best serve each of our students. This is truly going to be a magical year.
