Please see the attached field trip permission slip and lunch order form for our trip on 4/22/26.

Please have your student click on this link to complete the LUNCH ORDER FORM.  All students need to fill this out whether they are going on the trip or not.

If you do not have access to print the PERMISSION SLIP, we will make hard copies available at school.

All forms and payment should be given to Mrs. Stalzer no later than 4/14/26.
