Guest Speaker Tomorrow

Good evening, Academy families,
We will be welcoming in a guest speaker tomorrow to the program. Chris Vaccaro who is often known as “Sachem’s Historian” will be coming in to speak about careers in communication/media along with other prevalent topics in media today that concern the youth of our district.
Mr. Vaccaro wears many hats including, but not limited to overseeing our district radio station WSHR, working as a professor at Hofstra University, he is heavily involved with the Suffolk County Hall of Fame and works closely with the Italian American Baseball league as an ambassador.
Mr. Vaccaro is a Sachem graduate and we are excited to have him in tomorrow to spend time with our students.
